One roll was missing from the order. Upsetting!
The food was good. I ordered 3 Yummy Rolls. I ordered 2 then 1 because 2 were for me and 1 was for someone else. I thought this would prompt the restaurant to pack them separately, it didn’t. They were all on the same tray which was a hassle, I had to separate the food myself. Other than that I have no issues with the restaurant and will continue to order from them.

I love Mizumi. I eat there a couple times per month. Ordering through BeyondMenu is awesome and I know I'm going to always get great fish from Mizumi. The staff there is friendly and I just love the couple who seems to run the place.
Everything was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed all of the items ordered. The hospitality was excellent! The hostess and waitress were the BEST!
The food is great, even to go. The only problem was it took over 30 mins too get take out. They are slow but good, its worth it if you have the time.
The food and service were both great! My food was ready when I arrived. It was hot, fresh, accurate and delicious! I will order from Mizumi's again.

I was very impressed with my food from Mizumi. I ordered the steak hibachi, well-done, and substituted vegetables for the rice. The food was well-seasoned and I was more excited that the steak was actually well-done. In addition, the vegetables were aplenty and delicious. The only reason I am giving my experience a 4 is due to the customer service. The young man was expedient but when I asked him what type of drink came with the special, he took my receipt and scrutinized it as if I were not being honest about the drink and then yelled to a young lady to bring me a ginger ale. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and I will return for sure.

the food is always good....however the last 2 times we have placed orders it has still taken too long for us to receive our food at the table, and the whole point in placing the orders online is to save the wait time in the restaurant. service is always good ....we have been placing orders to eat in for over a year now with no problems up until these last 2 visits...and this time my food wasn't hot...it wasn't cold...but it did seem that it was not served immediately after preparation... we'll try again, and hopefully these 2 visits will be an exception and not a new standard...
